By using the Hedera Token-Gating Bot “HTS Bot” (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use nor interact with the Bot.
The Bot is provided by Lazy Superheroes (the "Provider") and is intended for use as is. The provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Bot or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Bot. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, the provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The provider will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Bot, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
The Bot allows users to verify their Hedera account ownership in order for creators using the Bot to identify their holders and -for example, give them specific Discord roles in their server. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Bot, and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, the provider will notify you by posting an announcement on the Bot. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at the Provider’s sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment. Your continued use of the Bot after the posting of any alterations to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those alterations.
The provider may terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the provider believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of any materials obtained from the Bot.
The Bot and the provider's logo are trademarks of the provider. All other trademarks not owned by the provider that appear on the Bot are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the provider.
By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
The provider respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting it. The provider has adopted this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") to explain what information may be collected on the Bot, how the provider uses this information, and under what circumstances the provider may disclose it to third parties.
By using the Bot, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Bot.
The provider collects information from you when you use the Bot, including your discord pseudo, UID and Hedera account ID. The provider may also collect information about your use of the Bot, including the date and time you access the Bot and the servers/channels you are into. This information is used to improve the content and functionality of the Bot, and to better understand how users access and use the Bot.
The provider may share some of your information with third parties for the purpose of verifying your account ownership and for other purposes related to the operation of the Bot.
The provider may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot after the posting of any alterations to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those alterations.
